Men's Roundtable Fellowship:
As
iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. Prov. 27:17
:: Each Saturday
men gather at the "roundtable" at Sylvan Way to confidentiallyaddress
issues
confronting Christian men. This is not just
another "Bible
Study" group. Roundtable is a fellowship to assist men in addressing
critical
issues
of life,
marriage,
and
family. ::
Meets: Every Saturday morning, 7;30 - 9:00 at the
church.
Bible
Studies:
:: Many men's groups meet weekly to study
the Bible and sharpen one another as "iron sharpens iron." Early morning
breakfast groups are available. ::
Meets: For a schedule contact Pastor Ron at the
church.
Sports Ministry:
:: Sports are a great way to utilize
our abilities to glorify the Lord! There are various opportunities to enjoy
sports and Gym nights throughout the year. We field a softball
team
in the spring that participates in the area Church League. Fun for all is the
annual "Turkey
Bowl" on
Thanksgiving
morning--flag
football and a pancake breakfast. ::
Special Events
Men meet together at various times during the year to worship and fellowship.
Some of these events are:
The Spring Men's Retreat
Lake Retreat Camp in the Ravensdale, Washington.
A weekend of worship, eating and a great speaker are planned for the third
weekend of April.

The "Men's Eating Party"
Another event that SWBC guys enjoy is the "Men's Eating Party." That's
the only excuse we need to get together: a steak BBQ, a dessert table the
size of Texas and the fun of christian men fellowshiping together.
